Sliced Banana and Blueberry Salad
Sliced Banana and Blueberry Salad
I wanted to use some of my fruit before I left to visit my daughter and a new grandbaby, so I created this Sliced Banana and Blueberry Salad.

- Blueberries rinsed well and drained – About 1 cup
- Dried cranberry and sunflower seed Kravens – 1 package, about 1/2 cup
- Olive oil – 1-3 tablespoons
Tools
- Cutting board
- Cutting knife – (I use my Cutco 6-3/4″ Petite Carver)
- 3 small salad serving bowls
- Regular Spoon to mix
Directions
- Slice bananas into rounds and divide into salad bowls
- Rinse blueberries and divide into the same salad bowls
- Sprinkle Kraven’s on top of each salad.
- Mix with spoon
- Drizzle olive oil over each salad, optional sprinkle with ground cinnamon
- Serve cool.
